The LMCPCIE Series PCIE Laser & Galvo Controller (EZCAD2) is a high-performance laser controller card designed for precise laser marking and galvo control. It connects directly to the PC via a standard PCI-E slot, providing robust anti-interference capability and high-speed data transmission. The digital galvo control signal allows direct connection to most mainstream scanheads, and the standard DB25 connector supports direct wiring to IPG fiber lasers. It also supports adjustable pulse width MOPA lasers and on-the-fly marking using an external encoder for real-time production line speed tracking.
Up to 8 control boards can be installed on a single computer to simultaneously mark different patterns. The controller also features dual extension axis interfaces (pulse/direction signals), enabling external control of two stepper or servo motors. With 10 general-purpose input channels (TTL compatible) and 2 general-purpose output channels (TTL/OC), it easily integrates with sorting systems and marking completion sensors. The Remark function allows high-speed re-marking of cached content, ideal for repetitive patterns. Built-in watchdog functionality ensures safety and stability during prolonged laser operation.
